Aryan Chaudhary

Aryan Chaudhary provides strategic, scientific, and innovation leadership across healthcare transformation agenda. His work spans AI-enabled healthcare, digital health governance, primary care strengthening, rare disease research, implementation science, and global health collaboration.

He leads the organisation’s long-term vision, research partnerships, Project Phoenix strategy, UK–India–Africa engagement, and 2030 Co-Creation Vision. His leadership focuses on building trusted, scalable, and community-centred healthcare models for underserved populations.

Dilip Sharma

Dileep Sharma leads project implementation, execution planning, and field-level alignment for key healthcare initiatives. He is responsible for translating strategy into practical implementation models that can be tested, monitored, and scaled.

His role supports programme delivery, timelines, field coordination, implementation quality, and continuous improvement across healthcare access projects.

Associate Business Manager

Deepak Verma

Deepak Verma manages regional implementation and on-ground coordination. He supports field teams, monitors performance, prepares reports, resolves operational challenges, and ensures smooth communication between central leadership and local execution teams.

His role is especially important for implementation across Tier 3, Tier 4, rural, and underserved regions where real-time coordination and local responsiveness are essential.
